# Roadmap

## Product Roadmap <a href="#id-8148" id="id-8148"></a>

## 2024 1Q

Initial Development and Market Research Technical Evaluation and Research

Conduct initial assessments of integrating blockchain technology and GPU computing resources, evaluating their technical feasibility. Market Research: Analyze trends in the AI and GPU computing markets, conduct competitor analysis, and perform user bedrock analysis to understand the market bedrock. Prototype Development: Develop initial prototypes to test technical concepts and validate required resources and technical implementation methods.

## 2024 2Q

#### Core Technology Development and Testing Core Technology Development

Develop core functionalities of a blockchain-based decentralized GPU computing system, including building blockchain networks, developing smart contracts, and managing and allocating GPU resources. Testing and Refinement: Conduct tests based on the initial prototype, gather user feedback, and refine the system. Perform tests on aspects such as security, performance, and scalability.

## 2024 3\~4Q <a href="#id-074f" id="id-074f"></a>

* **Point Game**: A web game designed to activate the community. It will be conducted as team competition and is created to viral GPGPU through competitive activities. Marketing will be focused on crypto influencers and KOLs.
* **MVP Launch**: Users will be able to connect their GPUs to form a GPU Pool. It will include a monitoring dashboard for managing GPUs, and clients can utilize GPUs for ML/DL tasks.

## 2025 1\~2Q <a href="#a979" id="a979"></a>

* **Government AI Voucher Provider**: By applying as an AI voucher provider supported by the government, we can attract more GPU users (clients).
* **Node Sale**: Nodes will be issued as licenses in the form of NFTs. Only those who own Node NFTs can participate as Node validators and receive rewards. Reputation management for queue configuration and task performance of GPUs will be conducted concurrently.
* **Node Program Operation**: License holders who have participated in Node staking can act as Node validators through the Node program.

## 2025 3Q

* **Official Version Release**: After the beta (MVP version) period ends, the official version will be&#x20;

  released.
* **Mining Season**: After the MVP launch, users can connect GPUs to participate in the $GP mining season, which will last for 2–3 months. Participants can claim $GP during the TGE. (Node staking included)
* **TGE (Token Generation Event)**: $GP tokens will be issued and distributed on-chain according to the distribution plan. GPU providers and Node stakers will receive $GP as rewards during the TGE.

## 2025 4Q

* **GPU Finance**: GPU providers can stake $GP and offer GPUs to more diverse pools. This encourages GPU providers to behave appropriately by investing their own capital. GPU users can stake a certain amount of $GP to access more features and receive discounts on GPU usage fees.
* **Flexible Pool**: GPU providers can connect GPUs to a Flexible Pool and receive instant rental rewards. Prospective users who seek cost efficiency can access stable GPU resources at low costs through the Flexible Pool.
* **CPU Chip Provision**: In addition to GPUs, Apple CPU chipsets can be provided to GPGPU, allowing users to earn rewards. High-performance Apple CPUs can effectively process large-scale AI models with billions of parameters.
* **Node Verification Delegation**: Node license holders can delegate verification tasks through a delegation function, allowing them to receive rewards stably and conveniently. Delegates perform proxy verification and earn commissions.

## Glossary <a href="#id-80cb" id="id-80cb"></a>

### Mining Season <a href="#id-0ba4" id="id-0ba4"></a>

Through the MVP version, GPU providers can connect their GPUs, and Node validators can stake their Node NFTs to perform Node tasks. The MVP version will be launched in September and will run for about 2–3 months. GPU provision and Node staking will continue after the official version release, but the mining season will be distinguished to clarify the division between the beta and official versions and to provide higher rewards to encourage early participants.

### GPU Provision <a href="#id-7826" id="id-7826"></a>

This refers to the act of connecting one’s device to GPGPU. By connecting a GPU, the device can be used in GPGPU. Providers can earn $GP as a connection reward and receive additional usage fees if leased to clients. The product’s MVP version will be launched in September, and the GPU mining season will begin for about three months.

### Node License <a href="#fce4" id="fce4"></a>

Holding a Node license in the form of an NFT allows participation as a Node validator. Nodes play a role in managing the task reputation of GPUs, preventing spoofing, online checks, and maintaining a healthy GPU cloud.

### Point Game <a href="#id-9828" id="id-9828"></a>

By forming squads and experiencing virtual mining tasks, it helps in the early formation of the community. The more points participants accumulate in the Point Game, the more $GP they can earn. Participants can create or join squads and receive rewards proportional to their contributions. Additional points are awarded to those who achieve higher rankings through competition with other squads.

### Flexible Pool <a href="#id-3c9c" id="id-3c9c"></a>

As a key element of the micro GPU cloud, it consists of GPU providers, GP Bond investors, and GPU users. Providing GPUs to a Flexible Pool allows providers to receive immediate rewards. GP Bond investors pay rent to GPU providers in advance and earn profits from the difference paid by GPU users.
